1. Use of the Site

  • The user agrees to use the Site exclusively for lawful purposes and in compliance with the law.

  • It is forbidden to provide false information or place fraudulent orders.

  • bluelle.it reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend accounts and suspicious orders.

2. Products and Authenticity

  • Every product sold on bluelle.it is carefully checked and authenticated before sale.

  • Descriptions and photographs are provided with the utmost accuracy.

    • As some items are second-hand, they may show minimal signs of wear, which will always be indicated in the description.

3. Prices and Payments

  • Prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

  • Payments are accepted exclusively through the methods indicated on the Site.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped as soon as possible, generally within a few business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the courier service.

  • For international shipments, bluelle.it is not responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or additional charges applied by the destination country.

    • If a package is held in customs:

      • The customer is responsible for paying any required charges.

      • If the customer refuses to pay and the package is returned, return and handling costs will be deducted from the refund amount. In such cases, no full refund will be issued.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery by notifying via email at [contact email].

  • Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, complete with tags and accessories.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer.

  • Returns of worn, damaged, or tagless products will not be accepted.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • bluelle.it is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the courier, customs, or other force majeure events.

  • In no case shall bluelle.it’s liability exceed the value of the purchased product.

7. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Site, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

8. Changes

These Terms are governed by Italian law.
